Stop Drowning in Privilege Guilt.

Start Living Your Liberation.

For those who are ready to transform inherited advantages into authentic, joy-filled action—without emotional overwhelm, performative activism or soul-crushing shame.

You have resources. Education. Access. Safety.

But happiness and peace are illusive. You wonder what’s wrong with you that you can’t be more grateful.

The guilt follows you to every donation, every conversation about justice - you know you should be doing more, but you can’t imagine how you could.

You're exhausted from trying to be "one of the good ones"—a standard you’re never sure you’ve met— while terrified of being seen as part of the problem. You don’t want to be selfish, but you’re pretty sure that’s what you are deep down.

Meanwhile, your body is screaming. Your relationships are strained. And the peace that comes from a deep knowing that you’re doing what’s yours to do? It feels further away than ever.

There's another way.

One that doesn't require you to perform perfect allyship or disappear into shame. Where your sensitivity becomes strength, your resources become tools for collective liberation, and your joy becomes part of the revolution.

You, Beloved Amazing One,

are here to craft a new story.

Not as a hero who needs victims to save. Not as a martyr who sacrifices joy in the name of justice.

But as someone who knows that real change happens when we're resourced, not depleted. When we're nourished, not running on empty.

The humans drawn to work with me care deeply.

But they're stuck—caught between wanting to create change and needing to sustain themselves.

That’s why . . .

We start by nurturing your freedom to enjoy being alive.

We start by cultivating your unique version of vitality

Imagine feeling at peace at the end of the day, knowing you did what was yours to do — and loved doing it.

Here is the delightful truth that I want you to know: It’s possible.

The choice in front of you isn’t  “sacrifice everything to make things right” or “enjoy being alive.”  This is a place for finding a third way.

Because you didn’t land in this impossible double bind by accident.

You’re part of a much bigger system that’s designed to keep you exhausted, ashamed and afraid.

I know firsthand how the poison of internalized sexism mixes with privilege + a side of deep sensitivity in unique ways that can make taking courageous, joy-filled action for what we believe in incredibly difficult.

In fact, I’ve found that women with lots of privileges, and sensitive hearts find it difficult to view their very real struggles is as “valid.”  Or themselves as worthy of support.

(This is true for some men too. Especially those who have done the hard work of recognizing their privilege. From that point on they struggle to allow themselves to have any needs at all.)

For some good-hearted humans this desire to make a difference for others leads to periods of intense service, followed by burnout and collapse.

Other times, they never really get started sharing their gifts and resources in the ways they know they “should” be capable of, because they’re stuck trying to get to a place where they feel good enough to do the good they believe in.

The sound baths are lovely.  The retreats are inspiring, but life remains exhausting on the other side.

And the “who am I to complain?” voices don’t help.  They just add a scoop of guilt on top of the depletion Sundae they're already suffocating under.

This is the place where we interrupt depleting patterns and create sustainable, joyful, unique-to-you ways forward that increase your capacity to take action for a more just and loving world.

Because your perpetual suffering isn’t going to make racism, sexism or environmental devastation go away.  But you doing your work could.

You don’t need to be a hero.

Or a savior.

We don’t need any more of those.

Heroes need powerless victims to save.  And that’s not who your fellow humans are.

Besides, far too often, the idea of “saving” has been used as a justification for why certain people are in charge and others are expected to follow their orders, practice their customs, and believe what they deem right to believe.

( I bet you’ve been on the wrong side of that set-up more than once.)

You will craft a new way forward, alongside many others.

Special and unique in your quest, but not alone.

Sovereign and powerful in your own right, but not one who rules over or goes forth and conquers.

Together, we can find your way.

How do we do it?

  • Our coaching sessions will be a place where you feel deeply held and able to bring your whole self, so you can relax and find new ways forward that you couldn’t see before. Together we’ll uncover what delights you and loosen your joy.

We’ll meet in-person (Baltimore) or virtually for 60-75 minutes, two or three times a month, depending on your package.

  • We’ll integrate trauma informed embodiment practices into our work together - things like breathwork, dance, movement practices, pleasure practices that help you tap into your life force energy, and other simple but powerful actions that help you to calm anxiety and feel connected to your body, so you feel energized to do what’s yours to do and able to fully relax when its time for rest.

  • You have me in your back pocket through the Voxer app, so when you’re about to say yes to yet another board when you know your already maxed out, you can connect for a reminder about what you want most. Because the no is really a yes to something else!

  • Whatever privileges you hold have made it particularly difficult for you to see some of the ways you participate in the oppression of others. It’s not your fault, but freedom lies on the other side of learning to see what’s actually happening, and developing new skills and capacities. This is a place to speak the questions you’re embarrassed to ask and bring into light the parts of yourself that you deem unacceptable. Because shame dissolves in the light of truth and love.

  • We’ll cultivate action in the places where your heart most wants to serve now, with the capacity you already have. You don’t have to wait until you’re “fixed,” rich or your kids have left the house. But you also don’t need to live in perpetual sacrifice. Compassionate activism starts with compassion for you.

Here are a few examples of the kinds of changes you may experience from our work together:

  • Release from guilt about being white and peace in knowing that you don’t have to be perfect to be making a difference, so you start showing up the way you want to.

  • Clarity that allows you to say “no” to work that’s important, but not yours to do - and to do the work that is, so you stop feeling exhausted and start feeling inspired.

  • The courage to speak up for what you believe in at family gatherings even when it feels scary and uncomfortable, so you don’t have to eat your thoughts instead.

  • Improved physical health and energy, so you can work for change with a vitality you didn’t know was possible.

  • Freedom to enjoy the life you have while you increase your capacity be proximate to suffering without collapsing or falling apart.
