I'm Deb Shine Valentine, M.A., Ph.D.
I work with smart, spiritual women and gender non-conforming humans who want to change the world, but sometimes have trouble making it to lunch.
I'm a Racial Justice from the Heart Facilitator, Qoya Teacher, Liberatory Life Coach, white, cis-gender, able-bodied, heterosexual, HSP, Enneagram 4, and spiritual contemplative with a tendency to find life heavy and overwhelming as well as beautiful and magical.
So I know what's like to have bit emotions get in the way of big dreams.
I've worked through a lot of shame and internalized unworthiness to find increased joy and courage to take action for justice and I help other women do the same.

1) growing or developing vigorously, growing luxuriantly; flourishing, 2) gaining wealth or success, prospering; 3) progressing toward or realizing a goal despite or because of circumstances – ex. to thrive on solving challenging problems.
Equity...
1) Fairness and justice in process and results. A condition in which there are no aspects of human identity that predict unequal outcomes (race, gender, ability, nationality, etc.), 2) The value of an investor’s ownership of an asset. Total assets minus total liabilities (including debt).
